If you believe your piece may have a quality concern, we kindly ask that you contact us directly so we can evaluate the item and provide the appropriate care.
Jewelry Wear, Damage, and Repairs
Jewelry, by its nature, is subject to wear through everyday use or accidental impact, particularly rings, which are exposed to constant movement and contact. Because of this, our manufacturing warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or rare instances of gemstone loss due to external damage.
While we take pride in the craftsmanship of each piece, certain conditions that arise over time are not considered manufacturing defects. These include, but are not limited to:
- Discoloration of gold or platinum caused by exposure to harsh chemicals such as
cleaning agents or hot tub water. - Gradual wearing down of precious metals, especially in prong settings, which may
eventually require maintenance. - Fabric threads catching on prongs and bending them out of place, potentially
leading to gemstone loss.
Loss of stones due to accidental impact or trauma.
To help preserve the integrity of your jewelry, we highly recommend regular visual inspections, particularly of prongs holding gemstones to detect any signs of loosening that may need preventive repair.
Should a repair fall outside the scope of our Lifetime Warranty, a detailed estimate will beprovided by one of our service specialists for your approval prior to any work being carried
out.

Care Guide for Emerald, Diamond, and Gold Jewelr
1. Cleaning
• Gently clean your jewelry with a soft microfiber or jewelry cloth.
• If needed, use lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap and a very soft brush.
• Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners on emerald jewelry — they can damage the stone or its natural oils.
• Ultrasonic cleaners are safe for diamonds and plain gold pieces, but always check before use.
2. Wearing and handling
• Put on your jewelry last, after applying perfume, makeup, or lotions.
• Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, chlorine, alcohol, detergents, or vinegar.
• Do not wear your jewelry while exercising, swimming, showering, or in saunas.
3. Storage
• Store each piece separately in its box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
• Keep jewelry away from humidity and direct sunlight.
• Because most emeralds are oiled naturally, extreme heat or dryness can affect their luster.
4. Professional maintenance
• Have your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected once a year, especially if it’s a ring worn daily.
• A jeweler can reapply natural oil to the emerald if it ever loses some of its hydration over time.
• Regularly check that the settings and prongs are secure to keep the stones firmly in place.
